A young woman (Sarah Fisher) returns home after inheriting her grandfather’s theatre. She intends to sell to an eager group of ruthless investors but things heat up and turn dangerous after she changes her mind and decides, with the help of a handsome handyman (Conner Floyd), to re-open the beautiful landmark property.
